The Chief Executive Officer and founder, Ms. Jo-Anne Archibald, has over thirty years of corporate secretarial, board governance, investor relations and marketing experience.  

Jo-Anne was President for eight years at one of Canada’s largest outsourced Corporate Secretarial Services’ consulting firm located in Toronto.  Previously, she was Senior Vice President, at TMX Equicom Group Inc. for six years, a wholly owned subsidiary of TMX Group. Inc. where she managed investor relations and corporate secretarial clients.  Jo-Anne was also the Director Shareholder Services handling global retail shareholder initiatives, in the office of the Corporate Secretary at Sun Life Financial for five years. In addition, Jo-Anne has held senior marketing roles with Nestlé Canada, Second Cup Coffee Co., Campbell’s, and Loblaws.

Jo-Anne has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an H. BSc. from the University of Guelph.  Jo-Anne is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) from the Rotman School of Business.  She is a Fellow (FCIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), and she is on the Editorial Committee for Canada’s “Corporate Governance Quarterly” magazine since 2002.  Jo-Anne has been a Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) Ontario Director from 2006 - 2011.

Jo-Anne is a financially literate Corporate Director and during her career she has been a Corporate Secretary for numerous private and public companies in mining, high tech, cannabis, oil & gas and blockchain listed on the Toronto, New York and London Stock Exchange, where she has attended hundreds of Board and Committee meetings annually.
